  • Pieter van der Woude, Chief Executive Officer
    Van der Woude brings over 30 years of consulting and software experience to Naviasys and had taken on ever increasing levels of responsibility over his career. Under Van der Woude’s leadership, Naviasys has grown from a small consumer software consulting group located only in the Netherlands to a global leader in ERP and systems integration consulting with operations in 28 countries.

    Prior to joining Naviasys, Van der Woude had a distinguished career with Perot Systems and the IBM Corporation in the United States where he held senior executive positions in sales, marketing, business development, and software development. Van der Woude brings extensive experience, general business acumen and a contagious passion for the software consulting industry.

    He completed his undergraduate studies at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam and holds a master’s degree in management science from Technische Universitat Hamburg. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Utrecht Museum in Utrecht, Netherlands and serves in an advisory position to philanthropic organizations across Europe.

  • Patrick Hilliard, President & Chief Operating Officer
    Mr. Hilliard is responsible for driving operations worldwide and for global strategy at Naviasys. Hilliard joined Naviasys through the company’s acquisition of Telecruze in December 2007 where we served as Chief Executive Officer.  Hilliard leadership and vision enabled the growth of the company to over $600 million in revenues and 4,000 global employees.

    Hilliard has more than 40 years of executive-level experience in management, business development, operations and strategic planning within the software industry. After joining Telecruze in January 1987, he guided the company to ten consecutive years of revenue growth and profitability by reinventing the business model, and moving the company to a customer centric applications model utilizing consultancy, customized software design and innovative business practices to more than double revenues and market share. Hilliard was the driving force behind six acquisitions in the US, Japan, France and Eastern Europe.

    Prior to joining Naviasys, he served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales for a division of Applied Data Research Corporation. Hilliard also held executive level positions at EDS, and Applied Systems. Hilliard was selected as an appointee of the Reagan Administration to manage the finances of the Department of the Army where he authored several studies of Defense preparedness which were published by the Congressional Budget Office of the U.S. Congress. He attended the United States Military A cademy, West Point, and has a Bachelors of Science in Engineering and an M.S. in Engineering from Arizona State University.

  • Andreas Pauls, Chief Financial Officer
    Mr. Pauls manages Naviasys’ worldwide finance organization with responsibility for accounting, strategic planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations, and audit.

    Prior to joining Naviasys, Pauls was chief financial officer for a subsidiary of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and held senior management positions for Zaanstad Consulting Services Corp., responsible for financial planning and analysis, treasury, corporate development, accounting, tax, purchasing, and investor relations.

    In his 15 years at KLM , Pauls held a variety of senior management positions in finance and operations. He also led, on behalf of KLM , the negotiation of multi-billion dollar acquisition transactions and the associated financing. In his corporate development role, he led the effort to evaluate options for enhancing shareholder value which culminated in the initial public offering and eventual spin-off of the Haarlem Group.

    Prior to joining KLM , Pauls spent seven years as a division director and management consultant at Utrecht Consulting, now known as Keane, in Europe and the United States. H e holds a bachelor’s of science degree in aeronautical engineering from Erasmus University of Rotterdam and a master’s degree in business administration from the London School of Economics.

  • Susan Reynolds, Chief Administrative Officer & Chief Human Resources Officer
    Ms. Reynolds sets human capital strategy and oversees the operation and direction of the company's human resources, information technology, internal communications and facilities teams. Ms. Reynolds works closing with the executive management team and the Board of Directors to realize the company's mission and customer focus. As a member of the executive management team, Ms. Reynolds provides thought leadership, conducts operational reviews, directs policy and partners with the other members of the executive management team to ensure the development and vigorous growth of the company. Ms. Reynolds joined Naviasys in the December 2007 as part of the Telecruze acquisition. Reynolds leads Naviasys’ Ethics Committee, as well as serving on the company's Acquisition Review Committee.

    Prior to Naviasys, Ms. Reynolds served for 8 years as Chief People Officer at Telecruze.  In her role, Ms. Reynolds has overseen the successful acquisition of nine companies, both public and private. Before joining Naviasys, Ms. Reynolds held senior line and staff positions at Scient, Cities Group Management Consultants and The Calvert Group of Mutual Funds.  Ms. Reynolds holds an MBA in International Business from American University , W ashington , D. C. She is a member of Silicon Valley Women, the Association of Human Resources Europe, SHRM, World at Work, and ABWA.

  • Dieter Gansevoort, Chief Technology Officer
    Dieter Gansevoort is Chief Technology Officer of Naviasys, responsible for emerging technologies, architecture and standards, and developing the technology strategy for the company. He also guides Naviasys’ investments in advanced research and is responsible for the development centers in India and China. In addition, Dieter leads the field technical enablement team, which works closely with the technical sales team to ensure they are prepared to assist customers in managing the impact of changing and emerging technical requirements.

    Gansevoort joined Naviasys through the company’s merger with EuroSoftware Solutions. At  EuroSoftware, Gansevoort served as chief technology officer, responsible for cross-product integration, advanced product development, merger and acquisition strategy, and the company's engineering development centers in  Chandīgarh, India and Beijing, China. He also served as EuroSoftware’s executive vice president in charge of product operations since joining the company in 2002. 

    Prior to joining EuroSoftware, Gansevoort was CEO of ECMD, a wireless Internet firm.  Previously, Gansevoort spent 4 years at IBM where he led the RS/6000 and Pervasive Computing divisions and held senior management positions in IBM Research and IBM Japan. Gansevoort holds a Masters Degree in applied physics and fluid dynamics from Eindhoven University of Technology, Eindhoven , The Netherlands where he was awarded a fellowship at the Fluid Dynamics Lab. Gansevoort also holds a Bachelor's degree in physics from Columbia Univer sity , United States.

  • Nathan Wise, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
    As Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Nathan Wise develops and drives global go-to-market strategies across the enterprise to increase sales and foster growth. He is also responsible for implementing best practices and establishing consistent sales processes, tools and techniques which capitalize on long-term growth opportunities and align the company’s sales and support organizations with key customer segments. With more than 17 years of experience in senior sales management and direct sales in information technology services, Mr. Wise has an extensive background in strategy development, organizational leadership, market analysis and the management of multi-million-dollar budgets. Mr. Wise’s sales experience spans numerous industries and markets, to include: Government, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, Travel & Transportation and Healthcare.

    Previously, Wise spent three years at EDS, where he served as senior vice president of worldwide field operations and oversaw a global team across 23 countries. Prior to EDS, Wise was Vice President, Sales at Booz-Allen, Inc. and PeopleSoft. He has also held senior executive sales positions at Ocotello Commerce (acquired by PeopleSoft) and Delta Air lines. Wise holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Southern California.

  • Lars Gundersen, Managing Director - EMEA
    Mr. Gundersen is responsible for guiding new business development and operational excellence across a broad range of enterprise customer activities: sales and sales support, strategic product planning and marketing, product development, product support, implementation services and integration efforts. Gundersen brings over 18 years of business development and sales expertise in high growth enterprises. Prior to Naviasys, Gundersen was the Vice President of Sales for a division of Essilor, where he was responsible for implementing the sales and distribution strategies and managing the customer interfacing organizations across EMEA. Gundersen has held senior level positions at KPMG, Lucent, IBM and Adobe Inc.

  • Henry Stevens, Managing Director - North America
    Mr. Stevens is responsible for overall leadership of initiatives across a broad range of enterprise customer activities: sales and sales support, strategic product planning and marketing, product development, product support, implementation services and integration efforts. Stevens brings over 15 years of business development and marketing expertise experience assisting early-stage and hyper growth companies become profitable. Prior to Naviasys, Stevens was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a division of Citigroup, where he was responsible for implementing the worldwide sales and distribution strategies and managing the customer interfacing organizations. Stevens has held senior level positions at Covalent Technologies, and MCI.

  • Shantanu Chowdry, Managing Director - Asia
    Mr. Chowdry heads strategy and exemption of all business initiatives in our Asia operations. He has responsibility for business development, enterprise customer support and service, strategic product planning and launch, product development, implementation services and integration efforts. Chowdry brings over 20 years of deep knowledge and experience in early-stage organizations and operational strategies to bring them to maturity. Prior to Naviasys, Chowdry held senior management positions with Motorola, Sony, IBM, Oracle and Microsoft.

  • Luis Santos, Managing Director - Latin & South America
    Mr. Santos is responsible for the direction of all activities in the Latin America and South America regions supporting sales and sales support, strategic product planning and marketing, product development, product support, implementation services and integration efforts. Santos brings over 17 years of business development and marketing expertise to Naviasys. Prior to joining the organization, Santos was the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for a division of Motorola, where he was responsible for implementing the Latin American business development and distribution strategies and managing the customer service organizations. Santos has held senior level positions at Arthur Bristol-Myers Squibb Co, Pharmacia Corporation, Warner-Lambert and Colgate-Palmolive.
